United Food Concession – You may recognize this company from various state fairs throughout the Tri-State area. They’re known for their fresh burgers, hot dogs, kettle corn, lemonade and braided pretzels. They have everything you would want to indulge in at a fair or farmer’s market!
Circle Brook Farm – Circle Brook Farm (formerly Starbrite Farm) is a diversified, certified organic, vegetable farm. They grow virtually every type of produce that is possible in New Jersey climate. They also grow unique produce such as Japanese salad turnips, ground cherries (cape gooseberries), white sweet potatoes, sugarsnap peas and multi-colored carrots.
